Dear Colleagues,
We hope that you are well and that your Spring semester is off to a great start.
From February to May 2023, the lower level of White-Gravenor Hall will be under construction as it is renovated. Over the summer 2023, the Offices of the University Registrar, Bursar (Student Accounts), and Student Financial Services will return to the space as a newly combined Student Services Center.
Please note the following information and impacts of this project:
- Construction Noise: Intermittent construction and construction-related vehicle noise should be expected during project hours (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Construction noise is not expected to be audible beyond first floor spaces, and noise mitigation and monitoring will be in place.
- Pedestrian Access: There will not be any impacts to pedestrian access to White-Gravenor Hall via the first floor entrances.
- Lower-Level Access: Individuals who utilize the ADA-accessible east building entrance to access the elevator will still have access throughout the project. The rest of the public areas on the lower level will be closed.
