Title: Annual Security Report Now Available

Dear Members of the Georgetown University Community,

As required by the Clery Act, the Georgetown University Police Department (GUPD) publishes an Annual Security Report regarding campus security and personal safety, including topics such as crime prevention, university police law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, and disciplinary procedures. The Annual Security Report contains information from calendar year 2023 about reported crimes that occurred on Georgetown University property or public property adjacent to campus.

The university also publishes a separate Annual Fire and Safety Report and Fire Statistics Log that provides information relating to fires and fire safety policies and procedures at Georgetown.

The Annual Security Report and the Annual Fire and Safety Report and Fire Statistics Log may be obtained from the Georgetown University Police Department website, or in hard copy at the following locations:
