With housing selection for the 2025-26 academic year starting in November, we want to highlight the opportunity to live in the redeveloped former Henle Village. This new residential complex is only available to juniors and seniors in the classes of 2026 and 2027.

As we continue to make progress on the redevelopment of the former Henle Village, we encourage you to take note of the amenities in store in this new apartment-style residence:
Amenities
- In-unit washer and dryer in each apartment.
- Outdoor community space including electric grills, outdoor kitchen and a variety of seating and outdoor furniture to gather with friends.
- Meditation and relaxation spaces to center your own health.
- Community kitchen where you can host shared meals too large for your apartment.

The next open house to tour the redeveloped former Henle village is Friday, October 18 during Parent and Family Weekend. Stop by anytime between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., and plan to wear closed toed shoes. PPE in the form of hard hats and safety vests will be provided at the tour. Check-in will be located at the table under the Leavey Bridge.
