Jesuit Heritage Month: Walking Examen of the Capitol Campus
Join Mission and Ministry on the Capitol Campus for a reflective walking Examen of the people and places of Georgetown’s emerging Capitol Campus. Rooted in an Ignatian “Composition of Place,” this is intended as a reflective opportunity to more deeply consider the meaning of Georgetown’s growth in this area of Washington, D.C. The group walk through the East End neighborhood of the Downtown will include moments for reflection, conversation, and encounter. This is not intended as a traditional building tour but a more reflective experience. Offered as part of Jesuit Heritage Month, this is a good opportunity for members of the Georgetown community to reflect on how the University is being invited to realize its Jesuit mission and values on this dynamic and growing campus.
