Hello, we are the parents of Ariana, a student of the College. Ariana, we are so incredibly proud of your academic achievement. Although you had an amazing start to your freshman year, you were soon confronted with some major medical issues which unfortunately not only prevented you from completing your freshman year at Georgetown but kept you away the entire sophomore year as well. You are a great warrior! With your resilience, determination, hard work and perseverance you are now graduating with your freshman class.
This unprecedented crisis from the Covid-19 pandemic has prevented your class from completing their final semester at the Hilltop and you will forever be influenced by the global impact it has had. During this extraordinary and unusual time, we congratulate and applaud all of you for facing the unique challenges of completing your last semester virtually! We wish you all much success as you continue on your journey in life!
