I receive at-home test kits weekly. How do I update my subscription or request kits no longer be shipped if I’m instead testing on campus?

How can I resubmit the Fall 2020 Affirmation if my on-campus status or personal information has changed?

If your Fall 2020 plans have changed, please submit a new Fall 2020 Affirmation by logging into the GU360 website, clicking on the “Fall 2020 Affirmation” icon and following the instructions.
