Dear Student,
You are receiving this email because our records show you have not completed the Summer 2021 Affirmation as of yesterday evening. As senior leaders shared in their May 19 message, students who will live on campus or participate in a University course or program this summer, regardless of their location, will need to complete the Summer 2021 Affirmation.
You must log into the GU360 mobile app or GU360 website, click on the “Summer 2021 Affirmation” icon and follow the instructions by Thursday, June 3, 2021. Students who have already signed the Georgetown University Community Compact will not be prompted to sign it again, but they will need to confirm their address and emergency contact information as part of the Summer 2021 Affirmation.
It is vitally important for you to provide your address and your emergency contact information so that we are able to reach you and your emergency contacts in the event of an emergency this summer. In addition, we must maintain accurate records of students who are living in the District of Columbia to comply with DC Department of Health guidance relating to the pandemic.
If you are participating in the SHIP program, please make sure you also complete the full checklist for coming to campus and maintaining on-campus eligibility before your move-in day, including consenting to share COVID-19 test data with Georgetown by completing the One Medical consent form.
We also encourage all members of our community to submit documentation of their COVID-19 vaccination (e.g., CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card) through the GU360 mobile app or GU360 website. Please follow these instructions to submit your documentation. If you have already shared it with the Care Navigator team, you do not need to submit it again through GU360.
Fully vaccinated individuals who are coming to campus and who have submitted their vaccination documentation will be able to follow the University’s Summer 2021 COVID-19 Testing Protocol for fully vaccinated individuals.
Thank you for taking this important step. We are deeply grateful for your care and commitment to the well-being of the Georgetown University community.
Sincerely,
Todd A. Olson, Ph.D.
