Native American Literature Discussion with Rasmussen
The Global Medieval Studies, English, and American Studies departments are delighted to be hosting Birgit Rasmussen, author of Queequeg’s Coffin and Associate Professor of English, Binghamton University, will be coming to campus to speak about her current work on indigenous literacies and the deep past. Her talk, “Native American Literature, 901 A.D.?” will be based on her recent PMLA article of that title. Reception to follow.
