“Current and future prospects for incretin-based therapies”

This lecture will review the evolution of GLP-1 therapies for obesity and type 2 diabetes, summarize mechanisms supporting GLP-1 action in the cardiovascular system and NASH, and highlight emerging GLP-1-based therapies under development for metabolic disorders.
