NDPI EVENT DETAILS: GEN(R) Allen, the President of the Brookings Institute, will speak about his service as President Obama’s special counsel for the War against ISIS in Iraq and Syria. He will discuss the challenges of creating a multinational coalition to fight a transnational threat. GEN(R) Allen has co-authored books on future military conflict and artificial intelligence. GEN(R) Allen will also talk about emerging threats to US foreign policy.
