Minister Laputina holds the rank of Major General of Ukraine’s State Security Service, served in Donbas in Ukraine’s Armed Forces, and is a member of the National Security Council of Ukraine. Dr. Sara Moller, Associate Teaching Professor in Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program (SSP), will moderate the timely conversation.
