Title & Abstract:

“Mapping embryonic development with microscopy”

I will discuss our latest efforts to create a 4D atlas of development in the developing C. elegans embryo, integrating information from light-sheet microscopy, volume electron microscopy, scRNA transcriptomics, behavior, and calcium imaging. I will emphasize computational and imaging challenges (and our attempts at solutions) with the hope of driving further progress on this challenging problem.
