Financial Markets Quality Conference 2022

The annual Financial Markets Quality Conference is going to be held in person this year.

The theme of FMQ 2022 is “Transformation of Global Financial Markets.” Financial markets are undergoing transformational change with renewed attention on market structure and conflicts of interest, disclosure of environmental and social attributes, the growing role of fintech in providing access to retail investors, and digital assets. The conference will bring together policymakers, market participants, and scholars to discuss and debate how best to address today’s critical issues that will help shape the financial markets of tomorrow.

The Psaros Center already has confirmed several speakers for the conference this fall, including Gary Gensler, chairperson of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
