The Georgetown University Student Veterans Association (GUSVA) is an organization whose mission is to advocate on behalf of all veterans, military-dependent family members, active duty service members, and reserve/national guard members currently enrolled at Georgetown University and to help them to succeed in higher education and beyond.
About MAVRC
Georgetown University’s Military and Veterans’ Resource Center (MAVRC) serves military-connected students as they apply to, attend, and advance beyond Georgetown. The Hilltop is home to over 1,200 military-connected students, including service members, veterans, and military families. Our office serves as a liaison and advisor to ensure prospective and current military students receive accurate and comprehensive information about admissions, finances, academic support, career networking, and support services.
