Dear Undergraduate Students,
Each year at this time, we provide an update on tuition, room and board rates for the following academic year (in this case Academic Year 2024-2025) in order to help students and families plan ahead.
For the next academic year, the undergraduate tuition rate will be $67,824, an increase of 4.5% from the current year. When room and board costs are also considered, the total cost of attendance will also increase approximately 4.5% over the prior year’s rates for first year students and approximately 4.6% for returning students.
The University will increase its institutional support for financial aid in the face of these tuition, room and board increases. For Academic Year 2023-24, the University dedicated a record $257 million for financial aid for undergraduate and graduate students.
The tuition rate reflects a balanced approach to managing rising costs, as well as providing the resources needed for academic and student priorities, new programs and initiatives, and our commitment to minimizing add-on fees.
