A new Georgetown report on women, peace and security found that one Nordic country topped the list of best countries in the world to be a woman.

At the 2023 Hillary Rodham Clinton Awards, Georgetown recognized women peace leaders, including CNN anchor, journalist and war correspondent Christiane Amanpour for her uplifting of women’s voices and stories.

Georgetown students are documenting peace education efforts around the world — providing invaluable data for international researchers, educators and organizers.
